Meet Rick Kane
Rick Kane is an experienced real estate professional specializing in assisting buyers and sellers in the Greater Nashville area. Rick grew up in Sumner County and has been a lifelong resident of the Nashville area. He graduated from Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Health, Education, and Educational leadership. He began his real estate career in 2001 and has worked transactions across the spectrum- from residential, land, comercial, new construction, luxury, and first time homebuyers.
His educational background allows him to empower clients to make choices based on facts, market conditions, and needs throughout the home buying and selling process. He Prides himself on his excellent communication skills and ensuring his clients are fully informed and updated at every point in the real estate transaction process.
Being a lifelong resident of Nashville and growing up in the area he has experienced first hand the dramatic changes and growth of Nashville and the surrounding area. Rick’s knowledge of the market and experience allows him to serve, meet and exceed his client’s expectations.
When Rick is not selling properties he spends his time with his wife and 2 year old son. When time allows, he enjoys going to sporting events and playing golf.
